Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, professional, and customer-friendly environment.
  • Welcome and engage with walk-in customers, architects, and fabricators, providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Explain technical and design features of aluminium architectural solutions in a simple and persuasive manner.
  • Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on leads to ensure conversion into sales.
  • Maintain updated product displays, catalogues, and promotional materials to reflect the latest solutions.
  • Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, showroom management, or customer service preferably in the construction, interior, or building material industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups.
  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings, aluminium systems, or building solutions will be a added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
